A little intermission in the forest

I was swept away this morning by this beauty. Beauty isn't even the right word. This is pure magic!
Hope you are enjoying the 'Cholita'-sunprints, more of them are waiting to present themselves to you.

The knitted week

My Edelweiss is growing in our little garden! Don't know why but I couldn't leave this little plant in the gardencenter last time. It has something weird...is it a flower or a succelent or may'be it will grow as a tree? We will see! Meanwhile I'm finishing this schoolyear and also my course 'Making Books'. So finishing my last projects with the little time I have and here a little view of the cover I designed for a book named 'Ou est- ce?', a book about all lovely places, natural parcs, monuments and things in this world. I tried to embroider the title. I'm a newby! Last saturday I surrounded myself again with more nature and more yarn! In the garden of Hanna we came together to knit with a group of girls. Anna-Denise brought us together on an Etsy Lab and with the help of Emilie and Johanna we started our little knit-project! Oooooh, this place, that energy, those people and that atmosphere gave me so much inspiration to start knittig again after years!
Thank you so girls! And Brussels is truly a very beautiful place full of creativity!
It was sooooooo nice and knitty!

Eva is born!

How a watercolor turned out into a card for the birth of Eva.
Eva is a new wonder on this planet made by my neighbours, no, not yet mine ;)
and I'm so proud to show you the finished card, finally! :)
(and very happy that I could design this one!)
Merci Ingrid en Joel ;)

Fuerza de llama!

The llama is'nt looking that happy, but I'm sure, inside he feels sooooo happy! I'm preparing daily new packages and it gives me such a warm feeling that friends from far away and even very close, friends from now and so many years ago are touched watching my Calendar 2012. I'm making a big point of it to prepare every single package with an unusual amount of love and passion for the art, for the little paper-thing that moves hearts. wowwowwow...thank to everyone for the support. Thanks to all of you! This is just the beginning of something very nice, not big, just good and powerful!

The mushroom people

I knew I had to go back after our visit last sunday without  our camera. I've heard the mushroom people calling this morning...so I took my camera and a big green blanket to lay on for nice shots of the little ones. Time flew away while I was shooting, playing with the ponys and enjoying beiing with all these special creatures! I can't help...I'm in love with this forest and everyone who lives there!
It's so close and meanwhile so far away from daily life. I can forget a little while bills, telephones, e-mails, and all those things that occupy so many time. In the forest doesn't exist our time, it's another way of life.
Hope you will enjoy my pictures and go searching the mushroom people by yourself, they're worth it!
